Getting Ready for your Uniform Fitting

What to Expect

Our uniform fitting process is designed to be efficient, personalized, and stress-free. Whether you’re visiting us in person or submitting measurements remotely, our goal is to ensure every team member looks polished, professional, and comfortable on the job.

During your fitting, our team will:

  • Review your role and uniform requirements

  • Take precise measurements for proper fit and mobility

  • Confirm style, sizing, and garment preferences

  • Answer any questions regarding wear, care, or replacements

Most fittings take 30-45 minutes per person.

In-Person Fittings

If you’re scheduled to visit us in person, here’s how to prepare:

Please arrive:

  • In light, comfortable clothing

  • Wearing closed-toe shoes (if applicable to your role)

  • On time, so we can stay on schedule for all team members

📍 Fittings are by appointment only unless otherwise coordinated with management.

Can’t Make It In? No Problem.

We offer a self-measurement option for team members who are unable to stop by.

You can measure yourself at home and send us your information directly.

 
Measurements Needed

Please provide the following measurements:

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Chest (around the fullest part)

  • Waist

  • Hips

  • Inseam

  • Shirt size you typically wear (if known)

  • Pant size you typically wear (if known)

📸 Tip: If possible, include a full-length photo (optional but helpful) for fit accuracy.

How to measure yourself

  • Dresses: Measure from the natural part of the shoulder to your desired hem length.

  • Bottoms: Measure from either the waist or the hip to the foot (this will vary for style & fit, shoes off).

  • Bust: Measurement taken from the fullest part of the breast with your bra on.

  • Chest: Measurements taken from the widest part of your chest.

  • Shoulder: Measurement taken from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.

  • Waist: Measurement taken from the smallest part of your waist, a little above your belly button.

  • Hips: Whilst standing in a natural stance measure the fullest part of the hips.

  • Inseam: Measure from the inner leg at the crutch to the foot (shoes off).
